Concept Entertainment is a hospitality management company based in Portland, Oregon. We have a firm commitment to providing extraordinary guest experiences and nearly 30 years of experience developing and operating creative restaurant, bar & entertainment venues.

Concept Entertainment currently manages eight locations across Oregon, Arizona and Colorado with plans for continued growth within these three states and beyond. We provide a complete range of services for these locations that begins with the inception of each brand and continues through to the day to day operations. We focus heavily on hiring, training and ongoing human resources because employees are the ambassadors between our brands and our guests. In addition, we support the stores with operational resources including design, marketing, management and accounting. Across all of the brands we oversee, and all of the services that we offer, there is one common thread: the promise of an outstanding customer experience.
CHARITY & PHILANTHROPY
Concept Entertainment has a strong commitment to philanthropy and immerses itself in the local community. Working with a wide range of organizations, we have raised thousands of dollars for St. Baldrick’s, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Dove Lewis, Doernbecher Children’s Hospital and more.
Every year during Saint Patrick's Day weekend, hundreds of participants collect donations from their friends and family in return for shaving their heads at the annual St. Baldrinck’s event at their local Thirsty Lion. All proceeds from the event are donated to the Saint Baldrick's foundation.
Since 2012, theThirsty Lion has raised over $125,000.00 for the Saint Baldrick’s foundation to help fund childhood cancer research.
Bowl for a Goal
Grand Central Bowl supports local schools and organizations with the Bowl for a Goal program. With Bowl for a Goal, lanes can be donated to sponsor organizations during fundraising events and 100% of the proceeds from bowling sales during these events are donated to the organization's charity.
The Muscular Dystrophy Association's (MDA) annual Lock Up was hosted at Grand Central Restaurant & Bowling Lounge and raised over $20,000 in the fight against neuromuscular diseases.
